Was offered a $15 coupon the day before my service and David took it away claiming that my service didn’t qualify for the coupon. Why was it offered if my service didn’t qualify ?

Reason... service and salesman, Tony Overcamp.. everyone is so great..was ready to go with a Nissan until Tony spent time to show me all the new advances.. still don’t like screen, but will get used to it

Bryant kept me informed on everything that was going on with my vehicle, from the troubleshooting process to the repair options. I had a 4 pm appointment scheduled, but decided to drop off the van the night before. He managed to get my van in early and I was actually able to pick up my repaired van 30 minutes prior to when my appointment was supposed to be. Really great job.

He’s a nice, helpful person — explained a couple of questions I had, and made copies I needed regarding the car.
They were able to get me in same day, which was great because I was very concerned about my car. They fixed a recall item while I was there.
One problem - nobody was wearing masks or practicing social distancing.

We paid online, thinking we wouldn’t have to visit your cashier to promote social distancing, wrong. Then she wanted my signature so your dealership can get paid for warranty work. I shared we only had a Missouri Emissions test done.
She took the brown paperwork back and just gave me my test results.
Then she tried to ask for payment, when I shared, for the third time that we paid
Online, she replied “this system is awful about updating “
It’s no wonder why my wife refuses to have anything to do with your service department.
I feel violated and that Pappas does not care about my or my family’s health and I
Feel the brown papers document work that they performed without our authorization.
