I wish your employees were wearing masks during this epidemic. I saw none wearing them so assume they are discouraged by mgmt. If I am wrong I apologise. It would be fewer people exhaling whatever inside my car and in the air near me. Please at least allow them to wear the masks if they are more comfortable with one.

Thank you Paul for helping me and my family back on the road! We had driven 900 miles through ice and snow from the mountains of Colorado, heading to Virginia for medical work related to the ongoing virus when the engine light came on. The next morning, I was greeted with a comforting “no problem”, we will get you in, without an appointment, smile. I have bought Toyota’s for a lifetime because of their quality and in a time of hurried unexpected need, a longtime Toyota employee, helped get me back on the road. It is people like Paul that make the difference in companies like Toyota.

Paul was courteous and did a good job social distancing when I was there. The only thing I didn’t like was having to use his pen to sign the service order. Need to stop this practice while under this COVID issue.
Gino was great and the woman that helped me with my rental car was very nice.
