Toyota was scheduled to come get my car at 20:30 am, and didnt arrive until 1:45 pm to take it. I worried they wouldn't have enough time to really evaluate the cause of the problem with my SUV the same day. However, they did call later that day, explaining the cause. And the vehicle was brought back to me by 4 pm, so I guess I'm satisfied.

The service was good but I was quoted $1300 and some dollars and my bill was over $1600. I understand that some of it is taxes but $300 over the quote is ridiculous.
