I brought my truck in to have a headlamp replaced and repairman broke a screw holding the grill in place and he didn’t remove the broken screw or replace it. Don’t know why he needed to remove screws holding grill in place, but he removed two top screws one on either side and apparently broke the one on the driver’s side replacing it. The video I have seen on line doesn’t require to remove any screws holding the grill in placing. I also saw him throwing something into trash can, which was the apparently the broken screw head after he attempted to reinstall it. I haven’t discussed this with anyone other than people at my work, figured this is The price of doing business with this dealership and your policy. I know this is minor but what would be done if I had a more expensive part broken. I have had several repairs done at your dealership and have had no complaints.
