My only issue is that I was waiting for over an hour with my three children which normally is fine but with everything going on and considering no one was in front of me that was quite long. One other thing is that the tech brought Samantha my air filters and I guess they didn’t tell her to ask me about them? Idk how long I would’ve been waiting to f I hadn’t gone to ask her how much longer it would be and she had no idea why they brought her my filters and I believe that was about twenty minutes of my wait time. Other than that everything went very well.

Well for one, I’m not sure how my car messed up in the first place. Well, I feel like I shouldn’t have had to put any money down to rent a car and pay taxes on it. I was just frustrated because I would hear one part was broken, then something else was broken. I’m just glad my car is back and hope I never have another problem again.

Took 3 days to get a sole part in. Deliver jeep on Thursday afternoon and got it back Wednesday afternoon. If I didn't know better I thought I was dealing with one of the All-American dealers. I expected better out of Star.
