I think they were just short staffed. Wasn’t greeted on the service drive and after 5 minutes just walked in the shop to let Eric know I was there for my appointment.

Mr. Davis is an excellent face of the company from a consumer standpoint. After being disappointed by multiple other hyundai dealerships (specifically autonation hyundai in DFW for canceling an appointment 30 minutes before the scheduled time.) Mr. Davis was a relief and took the **** off of us when we were down to the wire. As a Maintainer in the Air Force, he did what many of us Maintainers and mechanics struggle to do, and that's assure people have what they need rapidly.
