My “Vehicle Inspection Report “ showed my oil change would be $46.30. Instead I had to pay $60. It seems to me that if Hyundai generates a report saying it is cheaper, then it should be honored. Instead I’m told the company hasn’t updated the pricing in its software. Poor customer service and poor software maintenance. Very disappointed.
Although the staff were friendly, after they aired up my tire, they didn't put the cap back on so it's missing and was part of a set that I now have to replace all 4. On top of that, stating one price online and showing up to the appointment to find out it would be $20 more is absolutely ridiculous. It is already more expensive than oil change places and to find out it was $20 more than stated AND didn't put my air cap back on has made me not want to return.

Matthew was polite. The service was completed quickly. They cracked a piece that I probably wouldn’t have noticed but he informed me of it and plans to fix it when the part is available.

Everything was done in timely manner but when i showed up to retrieve car the battery was completely dead so they just left it there it would of been diffrent if it was on charger or they would of told me over phone so i could of picked up battery on the way
Service was great as usual. I was in and out in a timely manner. He even helped me out by putting on my inspection sticker. He also told me to be aware that my tires will need to be replaced soon. Very happy with everything.
