I took my 2020 Tucson for its regular maintenance today and couldn’t be any more pleased with the service. Matt is the absolute best! I wouldn’t trust my Tucson anyone else!! Thank you Matt and your team for the great job

Matt is a very good guy but the Hyundai system needs help. On 3 occasions I have called the service department and been transferred to him. I have always had to leave a message and never gets called back. When I have asked him why I wasn’t called back I was told he was too busy to check messages. It’s hard to get an appointment for service when you can’t speak with a person.

I was very upset I had to turn around and go back after a simple oil change. The tech left the oil cap off and the car was leaking oil badly. If they hadn't noticed my engine could have been ruined. I'm still not entirely sure there hasn't been any long term damage done. The lead tech was very apologetic but there was no compensation offered and I was stuck waiting for extra time I shouldn't of had to.

He was courteous and professional, however the technician should consider cleaning his hands before he gets into a customer's vehicle there was oil on my door on my start button on my shifter
