Not a problem with the service team at all. They did an excellent job. However, the new GPS system does not include important features. If it had been the system when we purchased the car, we would not have bought it. An update is badly needed.

Everyone was so friendly and I’m sure my vehicle was throughly checked, but the system was not updated so my vehicle is still warning me that service is overdue.
My goodness, where do I start? I felt so special, I was taken right in, settled into the waiting area, then brought the best news ever! My car that had driven over something concrete, was ok. With patience and kindness, my frown was turned upside down, and in no time, I was back on the road again. There are not enough kind words to describe how mich admiration I have for this team! I just want to thank Michael for his help and support that I physically reguires for my disability and mechanics being able to take a rib from a diver who depended on race mechanics and retired with a street legal race course track model! I’m 74 and that’s my last car. I appreciated them and hope that is past to them. I may have offended them but that wasn’t the intention. Sorry, Michael E Voelkl

I had my 2022 Hyundai Sonata in the service department for a state of Texas annual inspection. Matt is organized, has good customer service skills, and keeps me posted by text as to the status of my cars progress in the service department. I am fully confident with the Star Hyundai service department and I like the way I am treated while my car is being serviced.
