Let me start by saying that the service manager went above and beyond the last time I was in for a repair and I’m very appreciative. However, the previous two times I went in for the same repair, the technician(s) did his best to overprice the repair and take advantage of me. I hope that while the dealership is transitioning to new technicians, you look into the manner in which pricing is relayed to the customer.
