Michael actual looked at the problem & ordered the part & got it done in one trip. I had been there earlier several times in the year before my warranty expired with the same problem & all Mathew Moreno would tell me is the clean the area where the gas tank door is . Like an idiot I did & the last time I went in Michael took care of it.. Mathew should have been paid my bill instead I did . I paid for my car nothing was free & all he needed to do is figure out the problem.

They made me an appointment the same day I called. When I arrived they took me to the waiting area and I was not there long at all. They diagnosed my problem and got me on my way. I was very impressed

Mathew and his team did an excellent job going over my Kona’s multi-point inspection. They gave me great recommendations on services I would need in the near future. They made sure my cabin and air filters that I requested to have done were replaced, and had my service completed quickly.

Your new facility is state of the art. The new way to enter the service bay is great. we waited outside in our vehicle before entering the service bay and Mike Wright came out right away to explain how your new service bay works. Once we entered the service bay, Mike explained how the system will identify the vehicle. Mike then showed us to the customer waiting area and explained what was available to us while we waited for our vehicle to be serviced. Once our vehicle was completed, Mike came to get us and explained how the service went. Our vehicle was sitting in the service bay ready for us to depart. The entire time spent at your new facility was very pleasant. I will enjoy coming back to your facility the next time I need service.

Mr.Moreno has always been helpful explains things to me and has even called my son to explain what is going on with my car when I don't understand. I trust him.
