I got there at the time that I made the appointment for and waited three hours for an oil change and transmission flush. The excuse that I got was at the technician was uncomfortable to do the flush for the transmission. Then another technician was uncomfortable to drive my vehicle when I said that I had unusual steering noises at low speeds that they were going to look into. Overall, I think this is unacceptable If you have technicians they should be trained up to be able to do all functions instead I wasted three hours out of my day and kept getting excuses.

Exceptional service. Eric and Sandra went out of their way to help me when they could have put me off for a different day.
It was done as quick as they could, as my husband has restless legs and they were really bothering him, and we were able to leave in about 30 min.
Customer service was excellent. Very attentive. Explained the situation to me in great detail. Came out to my car with me to hands on show me what happened. Very impressed.
They worked with my schedule, fixed the problem, and vacuumed my car.
Always an amazing experience with everyone. 10/10 would recommend.
Two hours to wait on an oil/filter change with an appointment is not a good way to do business
Seems to me like hyundai only helps you when it's convenient for them not very satisfied at all!
Sandra Griggs was very nice and treated me special eventhough she was very busy.
Eric helped me out in a bad time! He went out of his way to get me back to Arkansas when the Hyundai dealership in Arkansas screwed up the oil change. Thank you very much.
