Mr. Davis went above and beyond taking care of our Kona. We had an urgency to arrive at our destination. Once Mr.Davis became aware of our situation, he took the initiative to help us by performing the software update himself and we were able to make our appointment on time. We are truly grateful to Mr. Davis for quickly resolving the issue and we are extremely happy to have this opportunity to recognize Mr. Davis outstanding customer service!
I got there at the time that I made the appointment for and waited three hours for an oil change and transmission flush. The excuse that I got was at the technician was uncomfortable to do the flush for the transmission. Then another technician was uncomfortable to drive my vehicle when I said that I had unusual steering noises at low speeds that they were going to look into. Overall, I think this is unacceptable If you have technicians they should be trained up to be able to do all functions instead I wasted three hours out of my day and kept getting excuses.
