Just need to work on customer notification and updates especially on progress. I would recommend calling customer No less than 2 times to update on eta or before end of day prior to closing ???? sending a text is the same thing or email. Never have the customer calling you to get updates or waiting till the last hour to say car will Not be ready. This is unacceptable. Overall your on the rite tract

Other than my husband waiting for 3 hours to be told there was no battery in stock, the people were kind and polite.
The service I have received has been top notch- can’t quite figure out why there was such a breakdown in communication.

Service was impeccable! Ms Griggs was attentive and made sure I was apprised of my vehicle’s progress. The dealership is immaculate and comfortable. I’ve driven premium cars for decades only recently purchasing a Genesis, which I love, and your dealership is as good as, or better than, higher end companies. Sandra Griggs is an asset and whatever you’re paying her isn’t enough! I can say with certainty I’ll be driving a Hyundai or Genesis until I can no longer drive.
