Sandra was fantastic!! A great asset to the team. Although she gave me an answer after I had consistently been told my car issue was a “safety feature”, she listened to me and made sure I left with an answer! Issue is still persisting as the part is on back order. Grateful for Sandra and her efforts, just upset it has taken this long for my concerns to be listened and addressed.
