I absolutely have no idea how it takes nearly two hours for an oil change and tire rotation during a scheduled appointment time. I didn’t have time to complete the optional items that were recommended.

You didn’t fix it . I don’t believe that you even looked at it , I have only had this car for barely 6 months, it has been in shop 2 times now. I brought it in the first of September for an oil change and an issue it was having that wasn’t fixed then. You had this car all day and I got a rodent ate the wires . I’m not happy. 9 hrs for that!
