Just need to work on customer notification and updates especially on progress. I would recommend calling customer No less than 2 times to update on eta or before end of day prior to closing ???? sending a text is the same thing or email. Never have the customer calling you to get updates or waiting till the last hour to say car will Not be ready. This is unacceptable. Overall your on the rite tract
Just update customers this is the key to excellent and outstanding service ???? Remember the customer chose you and their for you needbto accept that challenge and run with it. This can only lead to retention and loyalty ????
Other than my husband waiting for 3 hours to be told there was no battery in stock, the people were kind and polite.
The service I have received has been top notch- can’t quite figure out why there was such a breakdown in communication.
