Eric is always great when I take my vehicle in for service. He always keeps me informed of what's going on with my vehicle during the service, and he always updates me on any required or requested maintenance that is due or coming due on my vehicle. Eric always provides excellent customer service. I am willing to pay the extra cost to get my vehicle serviced at Hyundai dealer and with Eric because of the excellent service. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
