Eric was thorough and explained why my car would be having the issues it was. When it came to replacing the engine and cabin filter he explained what they did. He was kind and I actually learned a bit about my car!

I didnt know exactly what the contract said but my wife reminded me that it said "we will fix the radio". The service dept replaced the radio twice but still making the same problem....LED lights on the radio still going out when heated!! They offered to put in another type of radio & pay half while we payed the other half which was $130. Unacceptable. The service dept needs to pay the whole price. I have contacted Nissan here in Abilene to see what they can do. Will get back with y'all later
