Sandra did her best to resolve the issues with my vehicle but the leak on the Oil Pan was not fixed due to limited service technicians on duty on Saturday’s.
I’m confident the issue will be resolved in the future, but this was my second time returning to Service Department about this leak!
It was found to be leaking the day after it was repaired and my first attempt to find leak I was told it was residual oil and no leak was noted!
I brought it in on Saturday 20 December where a leak was found on oil pan but could not be repaired that day!
None of this reflects negatively on Service Advisors, but I’m not 100% satisfied with technicians assessment of the leak the first time!
Service Advisors get a 10+ , but Technicians get a 5.

I was very impressed with Sandra Griggs!! If Matthew is no longer there, his name does need to be removed so customers know who is in charge and who they will be dealing with.
