I called at 4pm to find out if my vehicle was done or close to being done because i was in Delaware but live in NJ. I was trying to decide if I should drive home or just wait in Delaware to pick up my vehicle. Two phone calls to Brian and no answer. I call service desk and get a girl that tells me she will haveBrian call me as soon as he is done with a customer. (Why couldn’t she just tell me if the vehicle was done or close to being done). 5:15 and still no return call. I call again and no answer from Brian. 5:25 my girlfriend calls and leaves a voicemail. 2 minutes later, Brian finally calls back to tell me the vehicle is ready to be picked up. Brian needs to work on his time management and responding back to customers in a timely fashion. Also, the girl that first answered me could have given me the simply answer I needed to begin with. Frustrating experience...
Car still wasn’t fixed..!!
David was knowledgable, professional and cared about my FJ as much as I do.
They said the 12 month check in would be 1& 1/2 hrs. It was 2hrs . It was 2 hrs for the 6month check in also. When you have to wait for your car , that’s a long time for a routine check in . I made a 9:45 appointment so there wouldn’t be a backup. I can’t imagine how long it would be,if I had a problem.
This is my family’s 6 th purchase from your dealer ship . Need I say more
