Frank is a really great service writer. The work done on my Camry was high quality and came in under the original estimate. I am confident my car is in good hands here.
Charles was great, he let me know everything they were doing and what services needed to be done on my car. I was very disappointed to see the gentleman who brought my car up was not wearing a mask. You can search how long it remains in the air and there is enough evidence this virus kills people. I was very hesitant about bringing my car in and this was the reason why. I saw many people standing around without wearing masks (techs) so I will not be returning until all of this is gone. To say "these people need to wear masks but these people can choose not to" does not show concern to their customers. Having a child with special needs this is a top concern to me and I can not risk his or anyone's safety.
