I did not receive updates on the car because Brian was out. My sons name was linked to the car and my name was not. Requested calls for a status on the vehicle were not returned.

Luis was excellent to deal with, he communicated w/ me about all of the work needed on my car. He also explained what had to be done & why it was important. He arranged for a rental car so that I had transportation while my car was being serviced. My car was very clean when I picked it up. My bill was ready & explained to me. It was a good experience, thank you for being so considerate of me & my time.
