I had such a great experience buying my 2021 Toyota Corolla and felt that my relationship could last forever with the Toyota dealer. But not after a simple experience that I encountered with Luis today . My visit was for in for an air leak on the rear driver tire that had existed immediately after the purchasing my car, which I attempted to get fix once before and was declined due to staffing towards the end of the shift. Even though, I explained to Luis my frustration about it, he still insisted to charge me a repair fee stating that it was a debris they had to remove. I feel it was a dishonest decision, especially that I know it was not a nail or debris because I had checked it! But i found it scary to continue faith with the dealership knowing the professionalism/ decision making of their staff?
