The person who scheduled the appointment over the phone misinformed us about multiple things. My vehicle spent 6 hours in your shop today and not one thing was repaired. If my appointment was scheduled 5 days ago I would think that a quote could have been provided and something could have been fixed today. It appears that a LOT OF unnecessary diagnosing was done. But none of the diagnosing I requested was addressed.
