Bill Chaffee was prompt and took care of the service my car needed with care and professionalism.
I had an oil change and expected to get synthetic oil. Instead I received conventional oil. I used a coupon which said synthetic oil was included. I should have specifically asked for synthetic.

I got an emergency appointment in Service Department and was prepared to get new tires. They found a dangerous problem with my rear brakes. All was fixed in a timely manner while I waited. I used your guest WiFi while I was waiting. I’ve been coming here for years since 2005. Always pleased and satisfied with the price too. Thank you for running an honest company.
