Dave gave excellent service. He kept me updated and explained everything thoroughly. He also kept his mask properly placed at all times.
I did see other employees who did not. I also saw two customers reading at the long bar with no mask at all. No one said anything to them.

Another good service experience
First told service would take 2 hours. Then told it would take two days then told it would need to come back when part comes in. This is a general service recall. It would have been nice to know the deal before
