The outcome of my experience was very positive, but there were irritations along the way. I came to have a repair of my driver side mirror after someone hit my car. I made it clear that, since the other party would be paying, it was most important to me to get my car back to it’s previous, perfect, condition. I brought in the broken mirror. The first service professional, Dave Ferguson, failed to look at the entire mirror or the car itself. Because of this, the wrong parts were listed to be ordered. Then, after calling multiple times on his direct line, I did not get any response for over 24 hours. So not only was the wrong part ordered, but it was delayed by several days. When I came back to get the repair done, Chuck Albright looked over everything and found the mistakes. He made sure that I got a rental car since there were so many delays, as well as kept me abreast of pricing changes and timing of the repairs. In the end, I’m back in my car which looks pristine. And I’m very grateful. I just wish the first service provider would have slowed down enough to be thorough. Thank you Chuck for making this one right!

Service was excellent receive my car on time
Kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Great communication and customer service. Price for the parts were a little steep, but they cut me a solid break on the labor. Overall happy with the installation, however I do wish they used OEM wiring. The fog lights look and work great!
