Picking up my vehicle was an unnecessary hassle. It was parked right out front and I still had to wait 20 minutes before I could leave. I paid for the service and was told by the associate that someone would bring my car around. I told her that it was parked right out front and to please just give me the key. She was gone for almost ten minutes and came back and said someone would bring the car around. I asked why and she told me it was required. Nearly ten more minutes passed and my car just sat there. I asked again and was told he was coming now. He walked outside and handed the keys to someone else who continued to talk with another customer. I walked out and asked him for my keys and he told me he was going to drive it around for me. My car was literally fifty feet from me. I was not happy.
Unlike other service writers Bill actually listened to me about my concerns and addressed them vs blowing me off. The same concern that brought me in today 5/4/21 has been the same concern that I have had since 2018. I appreciate him listening to me.
My 2010 Lexus looks spanking new - shiny and brite . Toyota performed an elite detail which I get every other year. Bill, the service rep, was pleasant and showed me the All Points Inspection report conducted today. I get regular maintenance and count on Toyota to keep my car ???? in good order.
As always..., excellent service from ToyotaWorld! Always feel like you are being treated like a real guest while there. It’s been over 15 years that we have been buying and servicing our vehicles there and we really have no regrets!
Luis provided good service however I was notified by text that my car was finished over 12 hrs later the next day. I had already picked it up and driven it home the day before.

Chuck went above and beyond to look into an issue I have with my hubcap. He exhausted all research to try to get it covered, and also put together her an estimate! He kept checking in with me and letting me know the status of my vehicle and readiness! I would go back to Chuck anytime!! Thanks
The detailing of my car was exceptional
I inquired at checkin about the car wash as I experienced every service since purchased 2015 new at Newark Toyota. Was informed that car washing was no longer offered. Perhaps result of Covid impact???
Was disappointed to discover that fact for was a nice touch having a clean vehicle at dealer service.
Otherwise the scheduled service was performed, on time, and am satisfied with the oil change delivered. Daren D
