I personally didn’t got out happy with the service they provided me if I can call it service. When I came in (11am) I had to wait for Dave for a least more then 10 minutes. When I left the car, I received the first call around 3:30 -4 pm. They told me that they had found some damage cause by a mouse. The lady who first called me said she didn’t know to much details and she was going to return a call. I waited until 5:30pm because that call never came in. When I called back, she answer and didn’t even gave me any details and said David was going to help me. While talking to Dave on the phone he didn’t offer any suggestions oh how to go about getting my car fix. The only thing he keep on saying was that I need it to call my insurance company or maybe my home insurance to see if they could send someone because I might have more mouse around the area. I really think that was not the way of talking to a client and assuming we had that problem. After finishing the call I drove over the dealer ship and they took for ever to return my car he said “you need to go and talk to the sales manager, and if they say yes fix it I can do it, but I can’t fix it today”.
I really hope the sales manager gives me a call back because I trusted Toyota World on buying this vehicle and purchasing their extended warranty and they new the car had the problems and that was the reason why I was going to take it to service. Now they are saying they will not fix my car and if this doesn’t get resolved I will have to take the dealer to court.
Cheryl Gephart was excellent and thanks to her I was able to resolve my problem that was dealing for about 8 months with the molding ruffles missing part in my Rava 4.

If you offer a coupon you should automatically deduct it from the bill and not require the customer to ask for it. Subaru, Ford and Jeep automatically give credit for the coupons offered and it is a pleasant surprise for the customer. Your process is disingenuous to say the least. Wise up to your competition!

I paid for an interior detail. Today I noticed damaged to the rear passenger seat which no one told me about when I picked up my vehicle. There is a missing piece of plastic from the bottom of the seat. I did not remove the broken piece of plastic so someone else had to do it (no one else had access to the car since picking it up on Wednesday other than me).
Bill does a great job, good to see him again.
Dave by far exceeds customer satisfaction. He was immediately very social and friendly upon my entrance to have my Highlander serviced. He answered all questions I had and encouraged me to email him should I have any questions afterwards. I know Newark Toyota is always exceeding customers satisfaction, but. Very happy with the service provided and the attention to detail. I just got my windows tinted and they ensured me the windows wouldn’t be put down and wrote notes to ensure no technician would do so. The environment in the waiting area is like none I’ve been in before. Very nice and everyone I encountered was pleasant.
