David & Newark Toyota are much more customer focused than Vero Toyota in Florida. David explained the issues with my car, showed me everything, and did not try to sell me not needed services..... Adiitionally, my car had multiple services done in less time than a simple oil change in Florida. You guys are excellent!

Chuck Albright was great and professional. I was very satisfied with the work that was done to my vehicle- it felt like a new vehicle ????
I was not satisfied because Technician was not entirely straightforward with me about the service that was needed on the vehicle and the price of the service. Regarding the type of service, he stated that the caliper on the vehicle is broken possibly from freezing and so the car needs new caliper, rotors and rear brakes which has a lining thickness of zero. But on the paperwork the service stated was for the front brakes. I pointed that out at checkout and he mentioned that it’s for the rear. About the price, the first paperwork has a price of about $797 but the receipt at checkout has a price that jumped to about $900 plus. For whatever reason he increased the price. Fred simply was not straightforward with me and so trust was compromised. I take my car to Toyota for all around genuine service. Now I have to think twice before doing so in the future.
The rudeness of the cashier was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at any dealership in Delaware! Her attitude was appalling.

Always a delight to see Dave in the shop. Dave is professional, courteous, and took the time to make sure I knew what service I would be getting.
Job was completed within time promised and Dave was the only rep out of calls to 4 others who knew how to solve the problem. He saw to every detail and his expertise and attention helped ease what could have been a very bad day! Give him a bonus!
