Oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours and 15 minutes. And you did not honor the coupon that you mailed to my home. I'm in and out of Jiffy Libe in 30 minutes tops. Easy choice going forward.

Once I feel well enough to drive my van I will be glad to have more comments. I am waiting for delayed replacement of my oxygen equipment. Mine has been recalled because of cancer issues. Yikes

Customer Service was great as usual - the rattle, which I was told was the cover of my catalytic converter, is still making the noise. I know it’s not a parts issue, but I was told it was tightened & it is still making the rattling noise. Don’t know if this is a problem or not, but it is irritating.
