I really felt that the communication back to me was somewhat lacking bye not getting back to me in addition I felt based on what I was able to provide To the service center determining that likely it was the battery since it was the original battery when I bought the car in 2015 I kept getting feedback that the battery seemed fine I’ve owned many cars in my life and I kind a know how long batteries do you last and while I had not been driving the car that further exasperated the problem Personally I got the sense that my issue with my car wasn’t addressed as quickly as it could’ve been the car was dropped off early Wednesday morning I didn’t get my car back until today and given it was just a battery issue not sure It could’ve been handled quicker or at the very least be upfront and say there were other priorities I would’ve excepted that easier than Limited communication

Mr. Ferguson did an excellent job today by helping me. He explained everything that would be done to my car and the approximate time it would take. Then when it was finished he again went over everything that was done and also pointed 2 more items that needs to be done. When I had paid my bill and given my receipt he walked me to my car. None of your employees had ever done that before. And just last week I had work done and again Mr. Ferguson after explaining everything to me he again walked me to my car. You have an excellent employee working for you.

Actual service was fine. But I had an online coupon for $10 off oil change that the service person would not accept. He called the manager who accepted it.
