I have never been to the service department. I have called 2x to let you know you are mixing your customers information. I have a Highlander which I am bringing in for it’s first service this Friday. This is the 2nd text that I have received about service on someone else’s car. When you called I gave you my Vin # , my address, phone number and they are still sending info that the service to my car is finished and ready. I hope the person who’s car you did service gets the message and you can get this mix up of information cleared up.

I brought in my car in December 2019 with AC problem and you said it was fixed .. I never used the AC from that time cos of the weather until last week when the weather changed , and when I turned on my AC it behaved the same as it was was before I mean still not working.. I dropped my car here with the same problem as it had in Before and for you to tell me that I need to pay more 1,900 for the same AC?? This means they will fix it and it will not be good. I cannot continue like this with the people I trust with my car...I was so frustrated knowing that for sure you never fixed my car or rather you fixed the wrong thing. I lost trust with you as your customer for ever...this is not right and as a customer I should not deserve this.. misdiagnosing is what you are doing.. I tried to talk with staff but I was not satisfied by their answers... I am still not convinced my car was fixed right in December after paying a lot of money for it....
