Cheryl provided outstanding customer service. I just purchased a used 2007 FJ cruiser for my son. I wanted to establish a service record with Newark Toyota so I started with an oil change. Cheryl took to the time to look for recalls on the vehicle and noticed their was one for the seat belts. Her attention to detail allowed me to get them taken care of that day. I have dealt with Mr. Ferguson for my last several visits. I am very pleased with his professionalism. He takes pride in his job . As being self employed I pay particular attention to detail and Mr. Ferguson goes above and beyond his call of duty. I would also like to comment on James in the detail shop. I had to tell Mr. Ferguson to tell James his detail skills are phenomenal. I had 2 vehicles detailed this week and they were of showroom quality.
