I am satisfied with the service Luis Lopez provided even though I am not satisfied with the Newark Toyota Sales Department because from day I bought a car that was already used, it had almost 200 miles on the vehicle. Within a month I begin having issue with the vehicle. This repair devaluates the vehicle further, while I continue to faithfully pay $559 monthly for the vehicle and recommending friends, sometimes literally bringing them in and following up until they purchased the vehicle. But again this is what I get.

Dave Ferguson, its an attention to detail gentleman , he did make sure I did understood everything an anything related to the required service on my vehicle. I am glad I had Dave as my service/ contact person it was a pleasure working with him.
