My appt was at 10:45. I did communicate by text in the morning (not sure who was answering). That was appreciated. But by 2:30 I had not heard anything so I texted to get a status update. I heard nothing back. At 4:30 I called - I was told that l would get a call back shortly. I heard nothing back. At 5:30, wondering if my car was done, if I needed to find a ride to Newark (from Wilmington) I called again and expressed my frustration at not hearing anything back. I did get an answer at that point that my car would be ready shortly. I just needed to have better communication to plan my work day and transportation to get my car. We were juggling several schedules things late afternoon and I wanted to plan better how to get to Newark to get the car. I realize people may be short staffed. I am working full time as well and should have been able to get a status update to plan better. And then I had received coupons by email for both an oil change and tire rotation, both of which I had done. But you can only use one coupon?? I did see that it stated that on the coupon but that is ridiculous. What is the point - I would imagine many people get both done at the same time. All of this why I try not to come there for service. It’s just a frustrating experience.

Al was great to work with. I must admit that I was a little surprised that my 35,000 mile check up did not include an oil and filter change though.
