The interior handle of the door was dirty with black grease perhaps ? In this time of Covid I would recommend that you wipe Down the handles to remove visible black residue .

Bill (service advisor or the stand up desk station) did give me some hard time. when I ask for Lyft because the service charge was $20 and he said the Lyft cost Is $46 and he can not provide it. He said it does not make sense. He has no right to reject the Lyft service to any customer. He ended up providing Lyft service when I said I can talk to the manager. Your service advisors should know that the regardless the service charge the Lyft should be offered when needed. I will not be recommending Toyota services to anyone anymore. He ruined by day. I thought that a four point inspection would have been done on my car like I have grown to expect when ever I have my car service. Another thing, the after smell that was in my car, is atrocious, it still lingers in the car despite all my efforts to get the smell out. I am not satisfied with this visit to your service department.

Miscommunication resulted in having another appointment which is a huge inconvenience. We are 40 minutes away and need a vehicle so now I will have to bring my children and wait for the car to get serviced for the second key which was promised when the appointment was scheduled. It was explained that is why the appointment was later As I called on July 1st tried to schedule earlier but it’s needed to be later to ensure the parts for the second key would be there for the appointment today on July 13. When we picked it up it was not on the order or paperwork so now the van needs to be brought in again. Super disappointed as this is our first time buying a car and having a payment and it has been aggravating, time consuming, and we will absolutely have this vehicle serviced elsewhere in the future.
