10:45am appointment for scheduled 80k service a 21/2 hour program. Because I chose not to wait (how nasty of me), told car wouldn't be ready till 3 or 3:30. Come 3:20 called and told car would not be ready till 5pm. Without wheels all day why should I be happy!

Dave was wonderful. He was very respectful and very helpful.we were early to our appointment and they took us right away and ended up saving us valuable time. I have to say having to deal with other car agencies like Ford my previous car Toyota is by far the best in customer service!
