Dave Ferguson, was very professional and courteous. He explained and showed me just what the problem was. He made me feel he cared about what was going on with my car and he was kind professional and courteous. I would look forward to working with him again.

I am truly appreciative of his expertise and customer service. I have complete trust when he informs me a needed repair. I wish that I could 'bottle up' the customer service that he provides.

From before 8:am to 5:30 PM to finish my car was too long I was not happy but overall the service was good.
Frank was great, but waiting 3 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation is excessive. I could understand if I did not schedule an appointment ahead of time.
From now on I will only take the first early AM appointments.

Frank was very friendly & very helpful. He arranged for my ac to be checked & filled w/ Freon even though it was late afternoon. After they found my leak in the system, he explained my options & the cost of the repair.
I’m still deciding what to do, I wasn’t really expecting such a big problem. I just liked the way Frank treated me & it lessened the blow.
Overall, a positive experience.
Dave was very personable and I felt completely satisfied with my service.
