I think it would make the service better if coupons and discount are offer rather than the costumer have to search and ask to apply them. The survey does not provide 1 to 10 to rate unfortunately.

Cheryl Gephart was absolutely great. She was nice and communicated with me about my vehicles service, the pricing, and the time it would take to be completed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. However, I was very dissatisfied with the service center and how my vehicle was returned to me. I left my vehicle overnight and when I picked it up the outside was filthy. I don’t know how my vehicle would get that dirty from being parked outside overnight? I had to get my car washed after leaving. This is not something I would expect from a well established service center that prides itself on customer service.
Dave was very helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you!
