Every thing they over charged to me labor charge is 189 for changing tire and rim tpms sensor price is $40 and they charged me $99 this is not correct way I hate toyota service

Scheduled my appointment over a week in advance and was told that the parts for my recall would be in stock I specifically asked to make sure parts would be ordered/put aside for my drop off. Dropped the car off the night before and was called the next day and told my recall part is on backorder and there was no ETA for parts availability. Very disappointed to go out of my way to drop off/ pick up my car for no reason. If someone schedules an appointment for an airbag recall and gives their vin the part should be ordered or put aside in advance and if the part has to be ordered I should have been notified before hand. Frank the service writer I had was very polite(he was not who I had talked to to schedule the appointment) and greeted me almost immediately after I entered the service lane he thoroughly inspected my vehicle and even let me know the tag was expired which I already knew but appreciated the heads up. Besides the issue with my part the rest of my experience was good. My car was brought back to me by valet and I did not have to go out in the rain to find it.

I own two car a Toyota and a chevy yes two different car companies put you come to Expect the same from all i came in for a oil change and the way your Representative talk to me I thought that the tire rotation was included after all was done i had to pay for the tire rotation not happy with that at all.....

Usually, the service representative reviews what was done, and what items may or may not need attention. Today, we were just given the receipt. I thought it was very uncharacteristic of the level of service I have been used to from your dealer. .
