I would like to say that Bill went above and beyond what he needed to do to help me with my car and for that, he deserves great recognition. He is kind/friendly and helpful, a huge asset to your company. I would gladly deal with him as a service advisor again in the future. If you are getting a rating of 1 to 5 with 5 as the best, I would give him a 10, he deserves it!
