David Root was wonderful. He left me a phone message on Saturday to address my concerns and reassured me that the testing code for my vehicle should still be available in the computer. When arriving he let the tech know that ran the test and they both reassured me that they would be able to solve all issues. David was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He is an asset to Price Honda!

There was a huge misunderstanding about the estimate, when I questioned the total cost Jenna became extremely sensitive and emotional (even cried) she wouldn’t stop justifying her excellent customer service (her words) and when I explained it’s not personal it’s business she continued to display poor customer service by walking away shouting her position. I am a mechanic and would not have authorized 375 dollars for oil change wiper blade change tire rotation and fluid changes! Then in your mechanics report he reported that a wiper arm cover was missing which I know was not when vehicle was dropped off, in addition part of the B service was a car wash but since it was below freezing Price Honda policy would not allow car washing, I still feel totally ripped off and will not recommend Price Honda in Camden DE to anyone, I have had other issues with the vehicle and am regretting purchasing a Honda. Your facility was clean well organized but the service was not what I expected you may contact me at ****-****-xxxx if you have further questions Thank you

I have bought 5 new and 1 certified since 2015 and worked there for a total of 30 years and never had a warranty claim except for recall was hoping for a assistance but no response. I have all my life never asked I just give the one time I reach out for help I got ignored
