She was nice overall however I went JUST to get an oil change and was told my car needed over $400-$500 worth of maintenance even though it is only 2 years old with 30,000 miles on it. Specifically asked how often some of the procedures that were recommended usually get done and the answer I was given is was a time frame significantly shorter than anyone I talked to afterwards suggests. (I asked how often brake fluid needs to be changed and she conveniently said 2 years which is how old my car is and after doing research most people recommend every 4-5 years.) Also when saying what maintenance needed to get done she left prices out of everything. I pick and chose what to get done because I do not have a lot of money and was very shocked when my total came to $220 because I did not have that kind of money to spend. Not sure I will be coming back in the future.
