She’s very thorough and pleasant to speak with. It’s always great to be greeted with a smile. As with Shawn , all your service personnel are outstanding in what they do. She’s a keeper!

The loaner car I received was not cleaned out at all. With Covid going around I would of expected it to be cleaned. There was trash and other peoples items still in the vehicle. This is not the first time every time I got a loaner vehicle they are always dirty. I keep my car very clean and when I drop mine off to get maintenance I expected to get in a clean vehicle as well!
Brittney was excellent and was very communicative during the entire week my vehicle was in the shop.
Jenna Racz was absolutely helpful with our service today. She took the extra time to continuously keep us abreast of the service needed for our car. Her attention to detail was outstanding.
