I made an appointment to have my car detailed and to also find out if a paint chip and scratches in the paint could be repaired or polished out. I asked about this when I dropped the car off, but it was never addressed. When I picked up my car, no effort was made to explain what was done to the car. The paint chip (in the driver’s door) and the paint scratches on the back of the car remained and were never addressed or discussed.

We were told when we scheduled our appointment that the Price service staff could and would update our navigation maps. We were disappointed that you couldn't do this.
