I called Saturday morning needing a new key FOB. I was told one was in stock so I scheduled an appointment for the up coming Monday (2days later). I showed up to my appointment on time and was not checked in until 30 minutes later. After leaving the vehicle I received a call stating they did not have a key in stock. They said they would check again. Only to find out they sold the key earlier that morning. I will not be using the Dover Honda in the future.
Brittany was very kind and understanding about my concern over my brand new car.
Overall staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I am a little concerned that my CRV is reading "low tire pressure" now. Prior to service it was not reading "low tire pressures". When I check PSI with gauge it is reading 38.

I called on Monday, the person I spoke to agreed it was probably the bulb, no appointments to get this done until Thursday, said it would take about an hour, I dropped off truck at 12:30 which was the appointment time , at 3:30 -4 pm I get a call that there’s no bulb , it had to be ordered, so you had from Monday- Thursday to make sure you had the part necessary but you didn’t do that, instead you inconvenienced me and had to keep the truck overnight, Chrissy assured me that the truck would be done first thing in morning and she gets in at 10 am and would call me , finally at 3 pm I HAD to call , then the person on the phone couldn’t tell me anything because Chrissy was at lunch I asked to speak to the service manager but again the run around no mangers available I had to insist that the person on the phone get me some information!! She finally gets back to me and says the truck is ready, I’m a new customer and it worries me that this is what I’m going to have to put up with , that’s a shame!! Furthermore, you need to tell customer what is the protocol for dropping off the vehicle, you have very poor customer service , when a customer walks in they should at a minimal they should be greeted and asked what they are there for and told what to do.
