I had the very best experience with Nicole and every Honda staff member I encountered. The service is excellent as I have found for all Honda’s Dealerships. I am from Virginia and I am grateful that excellence is apparently company wide. Nicole assisted me twice and the service department are excellent employees as well.

I noticed that paper mats were not used and there are oil and black stains on the driver side mat and left feet rest.
She and all the staff can't remember their names was very pleasant and made my experience perfect.

Everything was great except after I drove off, I checked to see if the wheel alignment I just had done was fixed and the vehicle was still veering off to the left on the highway. The same as it was prior to having the alignment.
