I picked my car up at the end of the day and drove home. Even forgot to return the loaner keys and drove back to drop them off right at 8pm.
When I got home, I noticed a brand new serious dent on my front bumper. It’s crazy that this could happen while my car is in the shop and I wouldn’t hear anything about the incident.

My service was on a beautiful day and I wanted to be outside. I had work calls and was in the back of the parking lot, not very visible. David had tied to call me, but it went to voicemail because I was on the phone. He came out into the parking lot and found me to talk to me about my car. Great customer service.
David was/is outstanding to work with! I feel he works hard for his customers and it is greatly appreciated. I will continue to reach out to David when service is required on my vehicles!
