Overall we had an amazing experience purchasing our Honda CRV. Christina was the sales associate that assisted us and answered all of our questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the buying process. I was undecided on to buy a new or used automobile and she assisted us in finding the right CRV for us and worked to get the payments where we needed them. Everyone we dealt with at Honda was friendly and helpful. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Tires were rotated but pressure sensor was not reset. On my way home pressure sensor for tires came on. I thought I had a flat, pulled over and checked. I was quite alarmed. Looked through manual and saw how to reset tire pressure sensor and it worked. Small thing for sure but should be part of having car ready for customer after service and tire rotation

The services of my vehicle was good. What was bad was trying to contact the services dept to make the appointment for servicing. I called numerous times and got the voice message that due to high volume calls, I needed to leave a message and someone would call back. I left several messages and nobody ever called me back. I had to physically go to the dealership to make the appointment. The number I called was found on the website which is ****-****-xxxx.
Service was completed diligently and I received updates throughout the process.
