I came in looking for help with getting my AC fixed on my 06 civic. Technician recommended replacing EVERYTHING which added up to $3600. When I had expressed that I couldn’t afford that, no options or plausible solutions were offered to me. I asked if another technician could look at it and it wasnt offered as an option. STILL had to pay over $200 for them to not even fix anything. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my service. This has been the 3rd bad experience I’ve had at this dealership in 5 years. I keep going back hoping that after some time things had gotten better but unfortunately that’s not the case. I feel ripped off every single time! Won’t be coming back again.
