The communication was great, Bryan called me when my car was ready for pick up. He also gave me the option to pay over the phone & save time when I return to pick up my car. Jeremy did a good job of keeping me updated on the repair of my car. When I picked it up, Colleen did her usual stellar job.
Mt acura was there for 8 days because when I first came to pick it up lights were still on in my dash. I was fortunate to have an extra vehicle, because three were no loned vehicles available the whole time. I am grateful that it is finally finished but would imagine most customers are not able to do this.
